Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day* before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

*24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Before 24 hours, cancellation must be done via phone call or text message at 604-786-4847. An appointment value of 50% charge is applied. Cancellations made 4 hours or less or No Show will be charged for the full treatment value (100%). Insufficient notice prevents filling these openings with available clients. If more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, treatment will be shortened, as to not interfere with clients booked after. Full value of treatment is still applied.
