Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice must be communicated by phone call or text to 604-786-4847. A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment value will apply.

Cancellations made 4 hours or less before the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the treatment value. Late cancellations prevent the appointment time from being offered to other clients.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for scheduled clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
